- Open access community ear acupunture service.
- Clinics are run in community venues in Brighton and Hove.
- Ear acupuncture can be used to promote positive health and well-being and to manage feelings of stress and anxiety.
- Many people come because they are concerned about their alcohol, drug or tobacco use.
- Treatments are recceived in a group, while sitting comfortably in a chair.
- Low cost- £5 per treatment – (or donation in CRI clinic).
Where and when
Drop-in – no appointment or booking necessary. Self-referral.
Clinics are open 52 weeks per year (except bank holidays).
Monday 2pm to 5pm at The Allen Centre, 60 Sackville Gardens, Hove, BN3 4GH
Wednesday 10am to 1pm at CRI, 11 St George’s Place, Brighton, BN1 4GB (priority given for those with drug and alcohol issues)
Friday 5pm to 7pm at Cornerstone Community Centre, Church Road, Hove, BN3 2FL
