Money advice & casework – eg. help & advice budgeting, how to open & manage a bank account
MACS is able to provide practical help with money management & benefits eg. Applying for & administering benefits on a person’s behalf, receiving their money into MACS’ bank account, paying bills for the person, providing access to their spending money (usually MACS requires a referral from Social Services for this level of ongoing help)

Face to face appointments at our office are possible, please call advice line above to discuss
Home visits or appointments at other locations can be arranged if needed
Referrals from other agencies are accepted – call 664000 & ask for a referral form, or speak to the duty referral worker
For longer-term money support a referral from Social Services is required

Advice desk at The Bridge,Lucraft Road, Moulsecoomb on alternate Tuesdays, make an appointment by calling 294929
Drop-In Advice Desk at Tower House,265-267 London Roadon alternate Wednesdays 10am-12pm, call 664000 to check which weeks
Drop In Advice desk for refugees and people from BME communities, at Refugee One Stop Shop, BMECP, 10a Fleet Street Brighton on Fridays 11am-2pm.
